Terms of Service

From everyone at Casinolytics, we thank you for your interest and/or usage of our products! We build them with a ton of passion and dedication to help you explore, monitor, and understand the live streaming landscape in the world of casino games. Ultimately, we want to make your products, brand, and business to grow. We put a lot of trust into our relationships with all of our customers, but since we might not know everyone personally, we have to put some Terms of Service in place to help keep our business alive.

When we say "Company", "we", "our", or "us" in this document, we are referring to Casinolytics AB. AB, in this case, stands for "Aktiebolag" in Swedish, which in English stands for a Limited Liability Company. We are proud of our heritage, being a Swedish company with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, making these Terms of Service bound to the laws of Sweden.

When we say "Services", we mean any product, application, feature, or data created and maintained by the Company that is provided to you via a web application, mobile application, document, or email.

When we say "Customer", "You", or "your", we are referring to the organizations or people that are customers or want to become a customer of ours.

When we say "Contract", we mean the digitally signed contract via hellosign.com that is referring to these Terms of Service.

We may update these Terms of Service in the future. Whenever we make a significant change to our Terms of Service, we will also announce them to all our existing customers. Finally, there may be times where we do not exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service; in doing so, we are not waiving that right or provision. However, these Terms of Service do contain a limitation of our liability.

If you fail to comply with any of these Terms of Service, we may terminate your Contract. We know that is a comprehensive statement, and it means you need to place a lot of trust in us. We will do our utmost to deserve that trust by delivering a great customer experience, being open about who we are and what we do, and always be keen on listening to your feedback.

License & Account Terms

We will grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for your internal business purposes only during the period stated in your Contract. Ultimately, we want to make your current business grow by using our Services. The total cost and number of users for any of our Services will be stated in your Contract.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account connected to any of our Services. That includes activities which either: (a) have access to your login credentials; or (b) have their own logins under your account.

Usually, companies providing software services similar to ours tend to automatically renew your Contract if the Contract is not canceled 30 days before the end date of the Contract. But we are different. We want our customers to benefit from the Services we provide fully, and we will reach out to you at least 30 days before your Contract ends if you wish to renew your Contract with us. We think this is a win-win for both.


The payments will be invoiced to you electronically via email that will be due within 30 days after the issue of the invoice. The invoices will either be paid upfront for the entire Contract period or per month.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for the payment of all taxes, levies, or duties.


Your Contract is effective until terminated. You may terminate your Contract at any time upon thirty (30) business days prior written notice, indicating the “for cause” reason of termination. Upon termination, we will prevent further access to our Services by deactivating your accounts. After 30 days, we also reserve the right to delete any data generated or related to the deactivated account. If you terminate your Contract without cause, you won't be entitled to any portion of the remaining fee that you have in the Contract.

When we say “for cause” we mean a breach of obligations under the Contract and these Terms of Service signed by you with our Company. If any breach is not cured within thirty (30) days by us after receipt of written notice of the specific nature of such breach, you will be entitled to any portion of the remaining fee if paid upfront.

If you fail to comply with any of these Terms of Service, we might terminate your Contract. However, we will always reach out to you before the termination of the Contract. It's nothing we would ever want to do, and we hope you don't, but we need to state it here to protect us.

We reserve the right to terminate the Contract thirty (30) business days prior to written notice. In this unlikely scenario, we will act in good faith and reimburse any remaining fee of the Contract period to the furthest extent possible.

Modifications to the Services and Prices

You are very important to us, and we make a promise to support our Services by continuously improving, supporting, and helping you make the most out of our Services. Quite frequently, we upgrade our Services, and we reserve the right to do so, with or without any notice, to create even better Services for you. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our Services with or without notice.

Sometimes we might change the pricing structure for our products. When we do that, we tend to exempt existing customers from those changes. However, we may choose to change the prices for existing customers. If we do so, we will give at least 30 days' notice before your Contracts end. We will also update the price changes on our website www.casinolytics.com/pricing to be transparent. But to be clear, if you have a signed Contract for a set time period, you will naturally keep the price for the entire Contract period.

We reserve the right to create new products or services with an additional fee that will be part of our Services. As an existing Customer, you will have the possibility to add these new products or services to your Contract.

Uptime and Privacy

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. We provide all our Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not offer service-level agreements, but we take the uptime of our Casinolytics Application very seriously. Please visit to see the status of our Services.

We only store your email address and username connected to your Twitch account, which is used to access the Casinolytics Application. We do not retain, use, disclose, or sell any of that information for any other commercial purposes.

Copyright and Ownership

You agree that the Services are, and will remain, the intellectual property of our Company. Accordingly, these Terms of Service do not grant you any right to, or in, patents, copyright, database rights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks, or any other rights or licenses regarding our Services.

You agree not to sublicense, distribute, copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, rent, lease, sell, assign or transfer rights to any portion of our Services. We know it's a long sentence, but we have put a lot of effort into developing and designing our Services, so we want to make sure to protect them.

You also may not use, post, transmit or introduce any software or malware that interferes with the operation of our Services. Of course, we would never think that you would do this, but we need to put it in here since it could harm our business if this would happen.


Sometimes you might share sensitive or confidential information with us. In such cases, you can trust us not to disclose that information to anyone. We mention this since we want to be transparent and let you know that we might have some of your competitors as customers, and any confidential information you share with us won't be shared with anyone. In a case where we would share confidential information with you, we expect you not to disclose any confidential information with anyone either. The trust of keeping secrets goes both ways.

Features and Bugs

We carefully design our Services based on our extensive experience and the feedback we get from our customers. We also test all of our features extensively before shipping them. As with any software, our Services inevitably have some bugs. We track the bugs reported to us and work through priority ones. However, not all reported bugs will get fixed, and we don't guarantee completely error-free Services.

There is no such thing as a Service that pleases everybody to one hundred percent. Therefore, we make no guarantees that our Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.


We previously have mentioned liability in these Terms of Service, but we wanted to put them all into one section:

You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Services; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to this Terms of Service or the Services, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.

What you essentially are doing when choosing to use our Services is to put your trust in us. We assure you that we will do our utmost to be a trusted partner, through careful business management, by using the latest technology and hiring the best people to offer the best user experience when you use our services.

We will always go the extra mile to satisfy you with our Services. At the end of the day, though, it's rather our loss if you are not satisfied since we take a lot of pride in earning our customers' trust and making Casinolytics a brand known for creating the best possible customer experience.
